It was comfortable, clean, within close walking distance to the shopping and also had a nice view of the Smoky Mtns a few blocks south of the motel.

There was nothing wrong with this motel.

The room was clean, spacious, had a nice view, and was located in a quiet area off the main shopping area to the west.

It has a good location for the area, nice, mostly clean, and quiet.

I don't have any significant negative comments, some areas could be improved, but at the cost I paid, it wasn't expected to be a 4 star. The room was supposed to be non-smoking and it had a smoky smell. The phone didn't work, but I didn't esp. need to use it anyway. Air conditioner worked well, but was somewhat noisy. Price was very good.Our room was not ready at the specified time, so we asked for a different one on another floor, but it too was not ready.
